The ADVANCE Program invites recently tenured faculty to join a mentoring circle that meets monthly over the course of the academic year (Sept to May, six meetings total) focused on planning strategically for your next promotion to full professor. The mentoring circle is meant to provide a positive, organized, and supportive way for associate professors to connect with each other and to consider what kinds of decisions need to be made to reach the next milestone of promotion to full professor. If you would like to participate, please contact Kate Drowne at kdrowne@mst.edu.
