Equitable Faculty Evaluations
The resources below are available to help campus leadership engage in evidence-based faculty evaluation practices to help remediate bias that can creep into the process. The materials were developed through a review of the literature, a pilot study on current annual faculty evaluation practices at S&T, and implementation of best practices in performance evaluation, and faculty evaluations in particular.
